Request Onboarding of a New Property

Learn how to request the onboarding of a new property to your Otelier product

Any request for onboarding a new property MUST come from your HMG-authorized representative.

If a request is submitted by another team or property member, it will be forwarded to your authorized HMG representative for approval.

 

Make sure you are apprised of the terms of your existing Subscription Agreement and of the onboarding fees before submitting your request.

 

  1. Open the Onboarding, Offboarding, and PMS Changes portal.

     
  2. Select Onboarding or PMS Changes.

     
  3. Select Request Onboarding.

     
  4. Complete the form:

    Requestor Fields

    Requestor Name Your full name
    Requestor Email Your work email
    Requestor Role Your professional title
    Management Group Your Hotel Management Group (that holds a contract with Otelier)
    Ownership Group Only list if the Ownership Group is different from the Management Group
     
     

    Hotel Fields

    Submit for a Single Hotel

    Hotel Name Full hotel name including brand and location
    Property Code Brand code or unique hotel identifier
    Property Contact Name The person who will work with Otelier during onboarding, usually the GM 
    (they will need to have access to the property systems, including PMS and POS)
    Property Contact Email Work email of the property contact
    Property Contact Role Professional title of the property contact
    If their role is not listed, select Other then type their role in the New Option field.
    PMS The PMS used on-property
    POS The POS used on-property (type NA if none is used)
    Effective Date Date the property needs to be onboarded (e.g., opening date, ownership transfer date)
    It is not guaranteed that the property will be onboarded by this date if not enough notice is received
    Night Auditor Contact Name of the lead or head night auditor
    Night Auditor Email Work email of the lead or head night auditor
    Additional property Information Any information pertinent to onboarding (for example, pending PMS or brand changes)
     
     

    Submit for Multiple Hotels

    You will need to download and complete the Property Information template.

    Once completed, upload it in the Drop files to attach or browse section.

     
     
     
     

    Acknowledgement of Contract Fields

    You must check the acknowledgment box and then initial the form before clicking Send.
