Request Removal of a User from an Otelier Product

Learn how to request deactivation of a user account in an Otelier product

If you have the appropriate access and have previously deactivated your users from the product, please continue to follow that process.

 

 

  1. Go to the Otelier Support Portal.
  2. Select the product from which the user access needs to be removed.

     
  3. Select the option for requesting the removal of a user (e.g., Administration, Account Administration Request, or Common Requests).
    Each option includes a description of what can be requested by selecting that option.
  4. Submit your request, and make sure you include all requested information.
