If you have the appropriate access and have previously deactivated your users from the product, please continue to follow that process.
- Go to the Otelier Support Portal.
- Select the product from which the user access needs to be removed.
- Select the option for requesting the removal of a user (e.g., Administration, Account Administration Request, or Common Requests).
Each option includes a description of what can be requested by selecting that option. - Submit your request, and make sure you include all requested information.
